Coloured in using Promarkers and Copic pens and image cut out close to border line.
Matted on to a white & blue card cut into circle shape using Spellbinder Dies. This was then matted further onto a Paper Lace Doily (Tea Party Paper Lace Doilies by Dovecrafts).
Backing paper was matted onto black card and ribbon and message added at base of card.
