Chloe's Birthday Card

My Niece is 16 this month so another chance to make a birthday card.

Using the Cricut Teen Cartridge, I selected an image that looked like Chloe, I wanted a fitness theme style of clothing as she does a lot of long distant running.

I cut the image as instructed in the Cricut instructions, main doll layers in black, brown, pink and white.  The sections were glued together and the remaining hair section attached to the top.

The clothes were cut and fixed to the main body and the shoes were cut in both cream and blue and layered up.

The embossed background was created using Cuttlebug Happy Birthday embossing folder, embossed onto white card and matted onto black card stock. 'Stampin Up' papers were used to create the background of dots and stripes. A black satin ribbon was fixed across the join and a diamonte ribbon buckle used. The background papers were matted onto a square shaped black card and fixed to the base card.
