As she owns a Guinea Pig, I found the ideal image to use.
Using a Joanna Sheen House Mouse decoupage sheet, I cut each layer out of the main image. The layers were attached using 1mm 3d foam pads and silicon glue for the mouse tails and the ribbon sections.
The main image was matted on to pink card. Two backing papers were used and matted on to brown and pink card. Theses were both attached at an angle using double sided tape. Pink brads were attached to the main topper and this was fixed to the backing section.
A message was printed and fixed to the base of the card at an angle.
Lets hope Chloe has a lovely birthday.
