Birthday Card - House Mouse - Sew Happy
This Card was created using - House-Mouse Designs Mice and Crafty Rubber Stamps - Sew Happy and Joanna Sheen Stamps - Haberdashery - Sewing Machine .
The main image was stamped using Momento black ink pad onto plain white cardstock. The image was coloured in using Promarker Pens. The image was cut using the Spellbinder dies labels 17 set, a further shape was cut from red card stock and fixed as a shadow to the main image. Two further shapes were cut from the next die shape up and again the red was used to create a shadow to the brown shape.
The stamped image section was fixed to the brown shape by using 1mm 3d foam pads.
A 6" x 6" card was used, the front section was folded in half to create a easel style card. Patterned paper was fixed to the base of the easel card and the main section facing forwards.
The main image was fixed using double sided tape as a secure fixing is required.
To create the stopper section on the base section , the tape measure was stamped onto white cardstock and mounted on to red and brown card stock, this was fixed to the base card. A message was stamped onto white cardstock and mounted onto a red and brown shapes cut using the Spellbinder labels 17 dies, this was fixed across the tape measure section on 3d foam to create the stopper for the main section.
